Configuration

In the admin panel, go to Applications → Customer Monitoring Customer Monitoring module icon

Customer Monitoring module configuration
  1. Check Extended mode,

    Extended mode allows for better user recognition. This is associated with greater use of database resources.

  2. Select Number of monitoring days,

    How long the system should recognize customer returns to the store.

  3. Press the Save button.

Adding the Customer monitoring widget

  1. Go to the main admin panel page,
  2. Press the add button button, List of widgets
  3. Select the Customer monitoring widget and add it to the dashboard, Appearance of the Customer Activity widget
