SOTE AI PRO

The SOTE AI PRO service is aimed at online stores looking for advanced AI solutions to optimize their offerings and improve sales results. Unlike the standard service, the PRO version not only relies on the general knowledge of OpenAI (Chat GPT) but also retrieves and analyzes data from the store in real-time with AI. The service also includes all the functionalities of the SOTE AI Standard version, as well as the ability to offer store customers assistance from an AI Assistant.

Currently, the activation time for Chat AI functionality in the store takes up to a few days, depending on the order/request sequence.

Billing Model

The Chat AI service is available as part of the SOTE AI PRO subscription. Within the subscription, the store receives 2,000 credits, which can be used for 2,000 AI chats on the store's side. Each chat can include up to 20 questions and answers, allowing for a total of up to 40,000 messages per month.

Each month, the 2,000-credit limit is renewed. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.

Additional AI Credits

If you run out of credits, you can purchase more; additional credits are available here: SOTE AI Credits

Unlike the monthly limit, additional SOTE AI Credits can be used at any time. For example, if a store initiates 2,300 chats in a month, 2,000 credits will be used from the subscription, and 300 from additional credits.

If you are already using SOTE AI Standard, you can upgrade to the Chat AI or PRO version. In this case, you only pay the price difference, and the amount is further reduced by the value proportional to the used period.

AI Search

Traditional search engines in online stores operate based on keyword matching. If a customer enters a product name in a different form or makes a typo, the system may not find the correct results. AI Search in SOTESHOP works entirely differently – it analyzes the meaning of the query rather than just the exact words entered. As a result:

• It finds products even if there is an error or a different form of the name in the query.
• It adjusts results to the context – recognizing the category, product features, and its application.
• It searches for products based on their actual properties, even if the exact phrase entered by the user is not in the description.
• Thanks to this, users don’t have to modify their query multiple times to find what they are looking for.

AI Search uses SOTE AI credits. One search = 1 credit.

Free trial version

• Free Trial Version: The ability to test SOTE AI for free, with the option to generate up to 100 product descriptions or translations. This does not apply to the functionality of the Pro version - using these features requires downloading and analyzing data from the store, so they are not available for testing.

Creating an account and payments in Open AI

• To use the SOTE AI service, the user must create a free account on Open AI and generate an API key. This process is simple and allows for full utilization of AI capabilities.
• Using this service also requires making payments to Open AI. Payments for generating AI content are made directly to Open AI.
• SOTE AI does not impose any additional fees, making the costs significantly lower than the competition. For example, generating 1000 descriptions with AI can cost between 1000 and 5000 PLN with the competition, while with SOTE AI it is only about 15 PLN.
• Starting bonus - Open AI offers 18 USD for 3 months, which can allow for generating up to 5000 descriptions for free (information as of 2023-12-07, current promotions should be checked on the OpenAI website).
