SOTE AI Credits

SOTE AI Credits are intended for SOTE AI Standard & PRO service. They allow for increasing the limits of selected services using artificial intelligence.

Chat AI

As part of the SOTE AI PRO subscription, customers have access to 2000 credits, which can be used for 2000 AI Chats and up to 40,000 messages. This limit is renewed every month. Unused credits from the previous month do not carry over to the next one, but are replenished to 2000.

SOTE AI Standard contains 500 credits, which can be used for 500 AI Chats and up to 10,00 messages.

In contrast to the monthly limit, additional SOTE AI Credits can be used at any time. For example, if 1300 chats are launched in a store per month, 1000 credits will be used from the subscription, and 300 from the additional credits.

Credit Validity

Additional credits purchased are valid for 1 year from the last purchase. To extend the validity of credits, you can purchase the lowest package of 1000 credits, which will make all accumulated credits on the account valid for another year.

In addition, if the validity of credits expires, they can still be extended within the next 6 months after expiration.

Free Credits

Both with the subscription and when purchasing additional credits, you will receive an additional 10% of credits for free. You can use them for your own tests, for service requests, or for customer support.

Discounts based on the number of credits

By ordering a larger quantity of credits, you will receive a more attractive price. Below is a comparison of credit prices depending on the quantity:

  • 1000 credits: 250 zł (0.25 zł per credit)
  • 2000 credits: 470 zł (0.24 zł per credit)
  • 5000 credits: 1075 zł (0.22 zł per credit)
  • 10000 credits: 2000 zł (0.20 zł per credit)
  • 25000 credits: 4750 zł (0.19 zł per credit)
  • 50000 credits: 9000 zł (0.18 zł per credit)
