GLS - Integration of Deliveries from General Logistic Systems

Ship the package directly from the order, automatically download and print the generated label. Manage shipments and provide customers with a simple system to check the status of delivery. Possibility to ship multiple packages, "Saturday Delivery" service, size and weight of the package.

Store integration with GLS.

Enabling GLS integration

In the admin panel go to Applications → GLS

1. Check Enable,
2. Enter Username,

   Your GLS service username

3. Enter Password,

   Password for your GLS account

4. Select Label generation method,
5. Select Label confirmation display method,
6. Select Change order status to,

   Changes the order status after creating the confirmation label.

7. Press the Save button.

Adding GLS to delivery methods

Go to Applications → Deliveries → Deliveries

1. Add a new delivery,

2. Check Active,
3. From the Group list select GLS,
4. Select Zone,
5. Enter Name,
6. Enter Base cost,
7. Select Payments,
8. Set Package size,
9. Press the Save button.

Sending package

Go to Sales → Orders

1. Edit the order,
2. Click the Send shipment button
3. Check / fill in the data,
4. Add a package/packages by entering the weight and clicking the button ,
5. Press the Send shipment button,
6. Download the label by clicking Download label.

Recording packages

Go to Applications → GLS

• Download the label by clicking the icon,
• Check the status of the shipment by clicking on its number.
