Products - manage products on the online store website.

Adding a new product

1. Press the Add button,
2. Enter the Code,

   The code is generated automatically. The code can be replaced with your own product identifier.

3. Enter the Name,
4. Enter the Manufacturer code,

5. Select the Currency,

   See the documentation for Currencies.

6. Select the VAT rate,

   See the documentation for VAT rates.

7. Enter the Price:
   • Price,
   • Old price,

     The old price will appear crossed out next to the regular price.

   • Wholesale price,
8. Select the Manufacturer,
9. Select the Categories,
10. Select the Product group,
11. Select the Accessories,
12. Select the Recommended products,
13. Set Availability / Stock,
14. Set Delivery,
15. Set Discounts,

16. Upload Photos,

    Minimum photo size 1000px x 1000px.

17. Enter Description:
    • Short description,
    • Full description,
    • Additional description;

18. Press the Save button.

Change the Editing language to edit the record for other Language versions.

Edit product

Edit the product.

Change currency

1. Select Currency,
2. Enter Rate,
3. Check Lock rate,

   Changing the rate in currency edit will not affect the rate in the product.

Adding wholesale prices

1. Enter Wholesale Price:
   1. Group A,
   2. Group B,
   3. Group C,
2. Press the Save button.

Hiding the product price

1. Select Hide Price,
2. Press the Save button.

If you want to hide the price for all products then in the admin panel select Offer → Products → Configuration.
Select Hide Price.

Assigning a product to a category

1. Select the product category:
   • Check the category in the category tree or enter the category name,
   • Check the main category,
2. Press the Save button.

1. Enter the Product Group name,
2. Press the Save button.

Adding accessories to a product

1. Enter the Product code or name,
2. Press the Save button.

Adding Recommended Products to the Product

1. Enter the code or name of the Recommended Products,
2. Press the Save button.

Product Priority - Product Order on Lists

1. Set in the Admin Panel → Offer → Products → Configuration Default sorting by to Priority and Default sort to Descending
2. The easiest way to set priorities is to go to the Admin Panel → Offer → Products → Short List and click Edit Mode . You can now sort the products by the Priority field in a given category.
3. The higher the priority number of the product, the higher the product is on the store list.

Priority does not affect the order of products on the search list. Products on this list are sorted by relevance to the searched phrases.

The Main Page Product Order field is used to set the order on the main page.

Product sales reports

Go to Reports

Check the sales reports:

• Number of products sold in a:
  • manually defined period,
  • monthly period,
  • yearly period.

  You can use a filter for orders with a selected status.

• Sales value in a given period.

Adding an attachment to a product

Select Attachments

1. Press the Add Attachment button,
2. Check Active,
3. Select the Language Version,

   After saving, the language version is locked.

4. Upload the File attachment,
5. Enter the File Name,
6. Enter the Description,

   Additional description displayed for each attachment.

7. Press the Save button.

Duplicating a Product

Select Duplicates

1. Press the Duplicate product button
2. Enter the New product code,

   The code is generated automatically. The code can be replaced with your own product identifier.

3. Enter the Name of the new product,
4. Press the Duplicate button,
5. Edit the new product.

Duplicating a product is done exclusively in the product's default language.

Adding Prices in Currencies

Select Prices in currencies

1. Press the Add button,
2. Select the Currency,

3. Choose the VAT rate,

4. Enter the Price:
   • Price,
   • Old price,
   • Wholesale price,
5. Press the Save button.

The product price in currency will not be taken from the exchange rate.

Adding Online Codes

1. Press the Add button,
2. Enter the Name,
3. Enter the Code,
4. Enter the Use limit,
5. Press the Save button.

Preview of the product card in the store

Go to Basic Edit and press the Preview button .

Editing products on the list

1. Select Short list,
2. Press the Edit mode button,
3. Edit products
   • Enter Name,
   • Enter Code,
   • Enter Price,
   • Select Manufacturer,
   • Enter Stock state,
   • Enter Priority,
   • Check Active,
4. Press the Save button,
5. Press the Browse mode button

Bulk editing of products can be done using the Import / export products and Import / export product descriptions functions.

List of products of a selected category

1. Hover over Categories,
2. Select Category
