Paczkomaty - Integration of the store with Inpost Paczkomaty.

Inpost Paczkomaty is the largest network of self-service devices for sending and receiving parcels in Poland. Integration allows customers to choose the parcel locker from which they want to pick up their order on the store's website, and sellers to send parcels of different sizes and generate labels for them. In the admin panel, go to Applications → Lockers Lockers module icon

Getting an API key

  1. Go to the page https://manager.paczkomaty.pl/auth/login,
  2. Log in to your InPost account,
  3. Go to the My account tab,
  4. Select the API tab, Generating an InPost Lockers API key
  5. Click Generate, 
    Before generating the API key, make sure that all company data in My account → Data is filled in
  6. In the window that appears, click Generate,
  7. In the API ShipX Token List field, a token that needs to be copied will appear. Generated API token (key)

Enabling Paczkomats in the Store

  1. Select Enable,
  2. Enter the Token (API key),
  3. Press the Save button.
Configuration of the Paczkomaty InPost module
  1. Select Organization,
  2. Select Change order status to,
  3. Select Label type,
  4. Select Label format,
  5. Select Shipping method,
  6. Enter Company name,
  7. Enter First name,
  8. Enter Last name,
  9. Enter E-mail,
  10. Enter Phone number,
  11. Select Country,
  12. Enter Street,
  • Enter Building / Apartment Number,
  • Enter City,
  • Enter Postal Code,
  • Press the Save button.

    • Test Mode

    1. Check Test Mode,
    2. Enter API key (Token), 
      The API / Token key for test mode is different from the production mode.
    3. Press the Save button.
    1. Select Organization,
    2. Select Change order status to,
    3. Select Label type,
    4. Select Label format,
    5. Select Shipping method,
    6. Enter Company name,
    7. Enter First name,
    8. Enter Last name,
    9. Enter E-mail,
    10. Enter Phone number,

    15. Enter Postal Code,
    16. Press the Save button.

    Setting the Default Parcel Machine

    1. In the Shipping method field, select Parcel Machine Delivery,
    2. Select the Sender's Parcel Machine by clicking the Select point button,
    3. Press the Save button.

    Setting the Product Size

    1. Edit the product, Setting the product size
    2. Select Size or Enter
      • Width,
      • Height,
      • Depth,
    3. Enter Weight,
    4. Press the Save button.

    Adding Paczkomaty to Deliveries

    In the admin panel go to Applications → Deliveries

    1. Select Deliveries,
    2. Press the Add button, Adding Paczkomaty as a delivery method
    3. Check Active,
    4. In the Group field select InPost - Paczkomaty,
    5. Select Zone,
    6. Enter Name,
    7. Enable Paczkomaty,
    8. In the Package size section, in the Paczkomaty field select the size,
    9. Press the Save button.

    Sending a Package

    1. Edit the order, Edit InPost order
    2. Press Send the package, Sending InPost package
    3. Check / fill in the data,
    4. Press the Create and pay for the package button.

    Package records

    Go to the administrative panel Applications → Paczkomaty

    Select Package list

    List of sent InPost packages
    1. Edit the package, Edit sent InPost package
    2. Press the Download label button.
