Chat AI is evolving rapidly, thanks to artificial intelligence that helps us create new solutions.

Recommended Products and AI Search

In the new version of Chat AI, we have added another revolutionary feature that, in addition to conversation, allows searching for products using artificial intelligence. The AI Assistant is available on the product page and is tasked with answering questions about a specific product. However, if the customer asks something unrelated to the product that AI does not know the answer to, the system will analyze the question and try to recommend other products.

AI product search includes products from the main category of the given product. For example, if we have a product in the category: Instruments > Guitars > Classical Guitar, the search will take place in the entire Instruments category. It is best if the main category contains over 100 products.

The AI system does not search for products every time but analyzes the message and decides whether to search. Recommended products are displayed only when matching recommendations are found. The system performs up to three AI searches within one conversation.

More Data: Price, Attributes, Options

Another novelty is more data. Now, in addition to the product description, Chat AI also learns: price, availability, attributes, and product options. As a result, it can answer questions about the price, use attributes in responses regarding parameters, or select the appropriate product option, such as size, color, etc.

Language Versions

The AI Assistant can converse in all languages available in the SOTESHOP online store. Even if you do not have a translated description, the AI Assistant will answer customer questions in the selected language.
