Thanks to this solution, store customers will be able to talk to the AI Assistant, who will provide them with product information and help them make a purchase decision. The new Chat AI feature is available as part of SOTE AI PRO.

How to activate Chat AI in the store

To activate Chat AI, simply go to the Chat AI application in the store panel and select Activate in the configuration. Additionally, it is required to enable the Product FAQ feature, which will link Chat AI to the seller's frequently asked questions and answers. See: Frequently Asked Questions on the Product Page

Currently, the activation time for Chat AI functionality in the store is up to a few days. According to the order/registration queue.

Billing Model

The Chat AI service is available as part of the SOTE AI PRO subscription. The store receives 1000 credits within the subscription, which can be used for 1000 AI Chats in the store. Each chat can have up to 20 questions and answers, totaling up to 20,000 messages per month.

The 1000 credit limit is renewed every month. Unused credits from the limit do not carry over to the next month.

Additional AI Credits

If you run out of credits, you can purchase additional credits here: SOTE AI Credits

Unlike the monthly limit, additional SOTE AI Credits can be used at any time. For example, if the store runs 1300 chats per month, 1000 credits will be used from the subscription, and 300 from additional credits.

Validity of additional credits

Purchased additional credits are valid for 1 year from the last purchase. To extend the validity of credits, you can purchase the lowest package of 1000 credits, which will ensure that all credits accumulated in the account are valid for another year.

Free credits

Both in the subscription and when purchasing additional credits, you will receive an additional 10% of credits for free. You can use them for your own tests, and they can also be used, for example, for service requests.

Promotion until the end of June 2024

By ordering the SOTE AI PRO service by June 30, 2024, you will receive 1000 additional credits worth PLN 250, which you can use within a year. Stores that purchased SOTE AI PRO earlier will get an even bigger bonus of 2000 credits worth PLN 500. The bonus will be added automatically.

With the SOTE AI service, you generate photos and descriptions without limits whenever you want. You can generate multiple versions and choose the best-generated data. Additionally, by choosing the SOTE AI PRO option, you can activate Chat AI on the site and use other advanced features.
