Faster SOTE AI – Over 3x Faster Description and Chat AI Response Generation

We've introduced an update that significantly speeds up the performance of SOTE AI. Product description generation and assistant responses in Chat AI are now over 3 times faster — both in the panel and in the store. This is a real improvement that translates into smoother and more convenient work.

Description Generation – Over 3x Faster

After the update, product descriptions are generated more than three times faster than before. This significantly reduces the time needed to add or update listings, especially when generating AI data for a large number of products.

Comparison of product description generation time (average for 100 generated descriptions):

• Before the update: 33.08 seconds
• After the update: 8.88 seconds

Difference: ~3.73 times faster

Faster AI Chat Responses

We’ve also introduced significant improvements to Chat AI performance. The AI Assistant’s responses now appear much faster.

Faster AI Assistant responses bring real benefits that impact sales:

• Customers get the product information they need faster.
• They are more likely to use the AI Chat.
• There will be an increase in customers returning to interact with the AI Assistant.
