SOTE AI – New Limits, New Price, and a New Search Function

Starting May 1, we are introducing important changes to the SOTE AI offer – increasing package limits and updating prices. But that’s not all – you can now use a new search function that shows what your customers are looking for in your store and whether the system is finding the right products for them. More control, more data, more effectiveness.

SOTE AI Standard with Double the Chat Limit

Starting May 1, the price of the SOTE AI Standard package will change from PLN 1000 to PLN 1200 net per year. However, it's not just a price change – it's twice the capabilities.

In the new Standard version:

• You can launch up to 1000 chats per month (previously 500),
• Each chat can contain up to 20 messages.

The new limits will apply from May 1 to all stores with an active SOTE AI service.

What does this mean in practice?

• Previously, the cost of one chat was approx. PLN 0.17 (PLN 1000 / 6000 chats per year).
• Now it’s only PLN 0.10 per chat (PLN 1200 / 12,000 chats per year).

More chats, more messages, and a lower unit cost – the perfect solution for stores that want to communicate effectively with customers using AI.

SOTE AI Pro: Same Price, Even More Credits

The price of the SOTE AI Pro package remains unchanged, but the possibilities continue to grow! This is already the second such update in recent times.

Starting May 1, the monthly limit increases from 2000 to 2500 credits at no extra cost. That means more AI chats, AI searches – all within the same price.

See What Your Customers Are Searching For

A new feature has been added to the SOTESHOP admin panel, allowing you to analyze customer searches in your store.

Go to Applications > Search Engine > Search to:

• see what phrases customers are entering,
• view the first 10 products they received in results,
• identify cases where customers found no products.

With this information, you can quickly detect issues, improve product descriptions, and if standard search isn’t enough – use AI Search.

AI Search – When the Regular Search Isn’t Enough

Standard search works by simple keyword matching. AI Search (as part of the SOTE AI PRO service) goes a step further – it understands query meanings, context, and product descriptions. That’s why it can find relevant results even if the customer phrases their query in an unusual way or uses different words than those in the product name.

Example:

The customer enters “phone for night photography”, and AI search can suggest a phone with this feature, even if the phrase “night photography” does not directly appear in the description.

The AI function can be enabled for all searches or only when standard search returns no results. It’s an effective solution that truly increases conversion rates.
