We are pleased to announce that we have implemented a professional customer service system: JIRA Service Desk.
We decided to implement this modern customer service system to provide the best support for our customers.
The advantages of the new system include:
- Simple and modern ticket system,
- Division into topical sections,
- Linking to documentation and knowledge base,
- Attachment, photo support,
- Tracking the status of implementation,
- Comments to tickets,
- Possibility to reopen a ticket,
- Evaluation of ticket implementation,
- Mobile version.
To use the new service, you must log in to the www.sote.pl page and define the people (e-mail) who will have access to the service for the license. Two users can be assigned to each license.
