Package on the Weekend

We have added integration with the new InPost Paczka w Weekend service to the SOTESHOP online store program. We encourage you to encourage customers to pick up parcels contactlessly from InPost parcel machines.

Paczka w Weekend

This is a new InPost service that allows parcels to be delivered on weekends as well. This option is especially important in the current situation in the country. We encourage you to activate it.

The Paczka w Weekend service will be available until the end of March free of charge.

According to InPost research:

• 82% of e-commerce representatives surveyed expressed a desire to introduce the option of weekend delivery to parcel machines in their stores.
• 66% of surveyed buyers described their last purchases as urgent and very urgent.
• 60% of store customers who recently used courier delivery expressed a desire to use the option of weekend delivery to the InPost Parcel Machine.

Contactless parcel pickup

We encourage you to inform customers that they can pick up their parcel from the parcel machine contactlessly using the InPost app.

New InPost integration

We remind you that a new integration with InPost parcel machines was released in February this year and every store offering this form of delivery should switch to the new system: New InPost integration

How to activate Paczka na Weekend

1. To send a Paczka w Weekend, go to the order and click "Send parcel".

2. Select the "Paczka w weekend" option and then click "Create and pay for the parcel".

3. Click "Download label".

Update the Store

The update with the "Weekend Package" option is available in the standard software. We encourage you to update your store. If you have an unlimited license for the SOTESHOP online store and no longer have access to updates:
