SOTESHOP 7.3.3

Today, the new version of SOTESHOP 7.3.3 has been released. From the previous version 7.3.2, we have introduced 50 improvements, updates and new functionalities. We encourage everyone to update their store.

Order Management

We have expanded the functionality of bulk order management, order filtering and editing. List of new functionalities in orders:

• Adding the ability to change the status of selected orders from the list,
• Adding the ability to pay for selected orders from the list,
• Adding the ability to confirm selected orders from the list,
• Adding the ability to filter orders by delivery,
• Adding the ability to filter orders by payment,
• Adding the ability to change the discount on the order in the order editing mode
• Adding the ability to mark orders as unread / read:
  • Each new order is marked as unread (bold font),
  • After entering this order, it is automatically marked as read,
  • Changes can also be made from the list by selecting the options from the drop-down list "Selected:",
  • Ability to filter by read / unread orders.

Update of product sales report functionality

The update expands the functionality with:

• selection of the sales period - monthly, yearly or manually defined,
• order status filter,
• list of orders containing the reported product.

Payeezy payment

We have released an update of Polcard payment, which changes its name to Payeezy. The update, apart from rebranding, adapts SOTESHOP to the new payment API and introduces automatic information about the settlement of payment for the order.

New Sonda addon

The application integrates the store with the Apester survey module. This platform provides a range of tools, a wide range of layouts and features for creating and publishing very attractive visually interactive content in the form of polls or quizzes.

New Smartsupp App - Chat with Customers

The "Smartsupp" add-on allows for conversations with customers visiting the store's page. The application integrates the store with the smartsupp.com service, which provides the possibility of configuring the chat's appearance, viewing the conversation history, statistics or visitors.

Free Facebook Pixel Add-on

The Facebook Pixel allows you to monitor events in your store and accurately optimize the conversion of your Facebook ad. This translates into more effective advertising - cheaper clicks and better results.
