Take care of the store's safety.

In order to provide our customers with a higher level of security, we have prepared the "Secure Message" system. It allows for sending encrypted messages to SOTE in a very simple way.

How does it work?

1. Just go to the page https://www.sote.pl/secure and fill out a simple form.
2. We provide an email address and the message we want to securely send, e.g. login data to the store.
3. We approve the data entrustment agreement and click "Encode Message".
4. We will receive a special code that we copy and send to SOTE, e.g. in a service report.

The code we receive is the key that is used to decode the message. The code itself does not contain the message and its transfer is much safer. Decoding the message is only possible on the SOTE side. The message is automatically deleted after 30 days.

• The message is encrypted.
• Always sent through a secure connection secured with an SSL certificate.
• Effective protection against viruses that search for data on the computer, e.g. in emails or files.
• Transferring the message code is safe and simple.
