Improved Order Process Presentation and Added Completion Steps

Just in time for the holiday shopping rush, we have introduced changes that simplify the purchasing process and enhance the shopping experience. The addition of clear order completion steps, more readable order details, streamlined transitions to payment, and intuitive returns to the store after payment make it easier for customers to shop, knowing exactly what is happening at each stage.

Description of Changes to the Order Process

The following elements have been updated on the order process pages:

  • Added an order steps bar:
    • Highlighting the current stage of the order.
    • Dynamic changes depending on the selected payment method.
  • Updated pages:
    • Cart
    • Order summary
    • Order placement and transition to payment
    • Return after payment
  • Dynamic adjustment of the order page depending on the payment method.
  • Added additional information (delivery, payment method, order number) upon return from payment for:
    • Przelewy24
    • Autopay
    • Comfino
    • eService
  • Improved appearance of the page for other payment methods (besides those mentioned above).

These changes are included in the SOTESHOP 8 update by default. Update your store to take advantage of the new features in your online store.
